PGI Appreciates Its Team—Today and Every Day
Businesses around the country are celebrating Employee Appreciation Day today. We’re taking it as a time to reflect on our great team here at PGI—a team that we appreciate every day of the year.
Our company is built from the ground up by people who have actually deployed to austere locations in support of our country. This experience gives us a unique perspective on the great work our personnel do on a continual basis.
That was Greg Craddock’s response about why PGI’s leadership is so invested in PGI employees, and why the company focuses so heavily on providing a positive, close-knit work environment.
“We know what matters to our team, and we do everything in our power to make sure to provide a positive work environment,” said Greg. “It’s caring about the families, too, and making sure they’re well taken care of, especially since many of our employees work overseas. It’s about being more than coworkers.”
At PGI, we understand that we’re not a small business anymore. Our capabilities are those of a large, yet nimble corporation and our programs are cutting edge, but the environment will always remain that of a family business—one that cares about every single employee. As we continue to grow, this is our promise to you: our employees will always come first, and our workplace culture will remain a priority.
Our industry—our work—our people—are far from average. Our assignments require highly trained professionals, often with years of experience in the military. We hire our heroes, and we couldn’t be more proud to do so.
We know the kind of hard work and dedication it takes to support the mission at the high level you do, and we never take you for granted.
So today we want to say thank you—thank you to each of our employees. Whether you work in the Warrenton or Chantilly office, or if you complete CONUS and OCONUS missions, we appreciate you. You’re the reason for our success. We couldn’t do it without you.
